Welcome to OmniFlint, operated by Noah Davidov LTD ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of omniflint.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or place an order.

2. Account

You may browse without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@omniflint.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount.

Pricing errors. Prices and promotions may contain typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed and charged. In that case, we will offer to reprocess the order at the correct price or fully refund you.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by our payment partners. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address you provided.
  • Please make sure the shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, product names, and the design of the Site itself, is owned by OmniFlint or used under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The name "OmniFlint" and our logos are trademarks of OmniFlint. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

8. User Content

If you submit a product review, comment, photo, or other content to the Site or our social accounts ("User Content"):

  • You grant OmniFlint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the User Content in any media in connection with our business.
  • You confirm you own the User Content or have the right to grant this license, and that it does not violate anyone else's rights or any law.
  • We are not obligated to publish, display, or retain any User Content and may remove it at our discretion.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site, except for legitimate search engine crawlers respecting our robots.txt.
  • Resell products purchased from us for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Interfere with other users' use of the Site.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNIFLINT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Product images are representative; actual color and appearance may vary slightly due to your screen settings.

Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNIFLINT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OmniFlint and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of any law or third-party right.
  • Your misuse of the Site or a product.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

OmniFlint is a trade name (DBA) of Noah Davidov LTD, a company incorporated in Israel. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, our website, or your purchase, are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Subject to the paragraph below, the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Your local consumer rights are preserved. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes or reduces any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement. For customers in the United States, this includes applicable state and federal consumer-protection and return/refund laws. Where any such mandatory law gives you a protection these Terms do not, or conflicts with these Terms, that protection or law prevails to the extent of the conflict, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts or a small-claims tribunal where you live where the law so allows.

Let's resolve it directly first. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at support@omniflint.com with a description of the issue, and we will try in good faith to resolve it with you.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Accessibility Statement, are the entire agreement between you and OmniFlint regarding your use of the Site.
