Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 10–15 business days, free on every order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Where do you ship from?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and shipped directly to your U.S. address with free tracked delivery.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
No. We currently ship within the United States only, so customs fees and import duties do not apply.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I return an item?
Email support@omniflint.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Products

Are your products covered by warranty?
We don't offer a separate product warranty, but you're covered by our 30-Day Returns policy — if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.

Are the materials genuine?
Yes. Product specifications listed on each product page reflect the actual materials used.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed.

I never received my order confirmation. What do I do?
Check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, email support@omniflint.com with your payment details.
