Refund Policy

14-Day Return Request Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Contact us within that window and we will take it from there.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described

Email support@omniflint.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a full refund or a free replacement at no cost to you. In most cases we resolve this without asking you to ship the item back.

Change of Mind

If you simply want to return an item, email support@omniflint.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions and a return address. Returns are shipped internationally, and return shipping is at your expense. Contact us first and we will tell you the expected cost before you commit to anything.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
