Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery Time

Shipping is free on every order, with tracked delivery. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days, which includes preparation and international transit. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses in Israel and the United States.

Imports to Israel

Orders shipped to Israel are treated as a personal import. A package whose goods value does not exceed $75 is exempt from import taxes. Above that amount, Israeli VAT of 18% and in some cases customs duty apply, and are paid by the recipient in Israel.

Delays

Factors outside our control, such as customs inspection, weather, or courier delays, may cause occasional delays. If a delay goes well beyond the estimate, we will contact you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@omniflint.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it.
