Shipping policy

We process orders within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated transit times:

  • United States: 6-15 business days
  • International: 6-15 business days

Tracking: A tracking link is sent to your email when your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email support@OmniFlint.com within 24 hours and we'll do our best to update it before the package ships.

International orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, please contact us within 30 days at support@OmniFlint.com.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email support@OmniFlint.com within 7 days of receipt with photos.

Delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside our control.
