Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping to the US takes 10–15 business days. International orders may take longer based on destination.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our fulfillment partners worldwide. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Email support@omniflint.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Products
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes. Every product carries a manufacturing defect warranty. Contact us if your item arrives damaged or defective.
Are the materials genuine?
Yes. Product specifications listed on each product page reflect the actual materials used.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed.
I never received my order confirmation. What do I do?
Check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, email support@omniflint.com with your payment details.
